Supplied Artwork Requirements
  • Produce all artwork to press ready PDF standards. All fonts must be outlined to save conflicts when
    importing into the actual magazine.
  • Files can be saved as either RGB or CMYK (magazine will be output as RGB)
  • When designing artwork for online use, please try to use font sizes up to 50% larger than press
    advertising as all advertisements will be read by the viewer on their monitor screens.

PAYMENT

An official order or a deposit of 50% of the TOTAL AMOUNT is required when the advertisement is placed. The remainder is due and payable at production of proof or 7 days from the date of the invoice (see terms and conditions that form part of this contract).

Payment by credit card is acceptable; a surcharge of 2.5% is payable. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month is added for late payments.
