Peter Greenham, President, Managing Director, Independent Inspections, Australian Organisation for Quality-Queensland Inc, Chair Energy Conservation and Sustainability Division.

With the passage of the Carbon Tax Bills through Federal Parliment following the release of the climate change plan, business now has much of the detail it needs to model and evaluate the risk to it’s operations

Now is the time to respond and plan for the price on carbon to minimise these effects to prepare for the low carbon, clean energy future.

Peter is the Managing Director of Independent Inspections where he works with clients with a number of services from forecasting of projected costs of Plant and Equipment in Buildings over a 20 Year life Cycle Periods.

Peter has set up frameworks for the banking industry in supplier management of risk in ISO26000. Independent Inspections is also a signatory to the United Nations Global Impact.

Green building trends the Singapore prospective

Explanation of the 32 Government Initiatives for buildings to reduce their environmental impact be by 2030

Simon Stodart, is co-Founder of Sustain Ability Showcase Asia (SASA) is , and serves as joint CEO and Managing Director of the company based in Brisbane most
of the time.

SASA brings to Singapore and showcases global applications of
sustainable products, services, clean technologies, businesses and people. It
presents, promotes and makes these accessible and available to Governments,
businesses, organisations and communities in Asia, through Singapore as the
Asia-based Eco Hub.

Division

The Divisions will conduct meetings in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth on a regular basis.

Brisbane Meetings will be held at COTAH, South Brisbane Institute of TAFE, Ernest Street, South Brisbane, on 1st Thursday of most months.

The Energy Conservation Division meeting on 2nd September, 2010 had guest speaker Dr Peter Koumbaris was fantastic. A great presentation on nano particles (5Mb File) and their growing use was followed by a magic meal prepared by the student cooks and presented by the student waitresses and wine stewards at COTAH's training Restuarant. All this was only $25.00
