The meeting on 2nd September, 2010 with guest speaker Dr Peter Koumbaris was fantastic. A great presentation on nano particles (5Mb File) and their growing use was followed by a magic meal prepared by the student cooks and presented by the student waitresses and wine stewards at COTAH's training Restaurant.
